    To whom it may concern

I would like to have your advice in my case please!

I enrolled in LTC College London last year, the licence of College has cancelled in 15th of Match.
They never mentioned about that until end of April, however I had heard about that from one of my friend who was studying in same College in middle of April. That’s why. I asked them, they said, “The licence still suspend, not withdrawn”
It means, they must tried to hide the true. As a result, I needed to find out other College in 60 days.
I applied a refund at 16th of April, during I was finding other College, one of my friend let me know that College will transfer into other College. When I asked them about this information, they said, “Yes, We do until 4th of May”.
I told, “If it is true, I do not need to enroll in other College”
I must send an e-mail about my new course to Home office to permission to stay in London.
However, they did not give any information and confidence about transfer into other College.

LTC has announced, “I don’t know”
As a result, I determined to change the College at 11st of May.

When I asked the process of refund, they said, “It takes in 25days even change an owner”
They do not want to refund now because the transfer has been done until 14th of May and changed as a new owner. However they always hid their process and lied on me at all times.
If they gave a correct information about transfer, I would not enroll in other College.

How could I have the refund from LTC College?

p.s I have a evidence of record that LTC staff said, “Even change an owner, It is responsibility of new owner, He will process the refund.”

I am very looking forward to your advice about my case.

    Thanks a lot,

    Yours faithfully,

    Hwajin Song.
